Nutrition fuels your body and mind and can play a crucial role in your health. It’s not about following one particular diet, and I will not tell you what to eat. We can work together to create a plan for how you want to nourish your body based on what works best for you and your health goals.

Movement is key to physical and mental well-being, but exercise looks different for everyone. We can explore how you want to move your body in a way that gives you real joy and is sustainable for the long-term.

Mental & Emotional Well-Being

Our mental and emotional well-being allows us to adapt to stressful situations, contribute to our communities, develop and grow our relationships, and realize our full potential. Let’s explore what makes you feel most at peace and balanced, as well as what drains your battery. We can discuss what support and resources you need and what behaviors help you to feel your best mentally and emotionally.

Sleep & Rest

In our fast-paced and busy lives, rest is often the first thing to be sacrificed to just get everything done, but rest is a necessity. Insufficient sleep and rest can negatively impact so many aspects of our well-being and our ability to take care of ourselves and others. We can review what sleep and rest mean to you and what you need to feel restored to pursue what you really want in life.

I strongly believe that everyone is capable of making positive and lasting health changes in their life, and I will help you tap into your inner strength and motivation, navigate changes, overcome barriers, and develop the self-efficacy necessary to achieve sustainable behavior change. The path to optimal health and well-being is not easy, but I will always be in your corner providing a safe space as you work on achieving your health goals and establishing healthy habits through trial and correction. You are a unique person with your own values, experiences, goals, and season of life, and we will work together to develop your personalized plan so that you can achieve your best health.

    My clients work with me on a variety of areas of well-being including sleep, exercise and lifestyle, nutrition, community, mindfulness, mental and emotional well-being, fulfillment and purpose, and physical space. My coaching emphasizes whole-person health and how all these areas of well-being interact with each other.

    Health and well-being coaching is focused on your future and identifying opportunities for development and goal achievement based on your strengths; it is not psychological counseling or psychotherapy. I will not offer any diagnosis, treatment, prescribing of medication, or any other clinical services. For mental health disorders or concerns, please seek help from a licensed psychotherapist or psychiatrist.

  • Coaching is a great fit for individuals looking for empathetic support and accountability as they make positive health changes. I will not tell you what to do or how to do it, I will be your guide and always in your corner as you develop the blueprint and design action steps to meet your wellness goals.

  • Definitely not. Health and well-being coaching is for everyone who wants to make positive change in their whole-person health. Although we can work on positive changes in nutrition and movement, you may also want to focus on other areas of your health including sleep/rest, mindfulness, community, fulfillment/purpose, physical space, or mental and emotional well-being.

  • Absolutely! You can schedule just one session to jump start your work on a health goal. We can also tailor the sessions to your schedule and availability.

  • I use the Healthie platform to meet clients through video or phone calls. Healthie is HIPAA-, SOC-2, PIPEDA-, GDPR- and PCI-compliant, to protect and secure personal health information. All sessions and communications are completely confidential.
